COG Course Structure
- Program Length: 10 weeks, cohort starting early October 2025
- Format: Weekly self-paced e-learning paired with live, hands-on group coaching sessions led by our Senior Strategic Enablement Consultants.
- Certification: Participants will receive a formal certification.
- Time Commitment: ~2 hours/week
- Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this course is either approximately 12 months or less away from a promotion into an enablement leadership role, or within the first 18 months of stepping into their current enablement leadership position. All applications will be reviewed.
